We stayed in family room with very good wi-fi, everything was pleasant. The view of the bay from the window was great. Location: the hotel was next to the restaurant as well as the the beach.

Good location, it's set adjacent to the local restaurents and Great Ocean Road. Also, we both enjoyed Apollo Bay Harbour, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

The location near the beach was amazing, the room was lovely, neat, and had two single beds along with a heater, and the staff were super friendly providing helpful information about our stay.

This hotel is great value for money. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering its central location in the heart of town. The staff are really friendly and provide excellent service. Plus, the rooms on the second floor are spacious and clean. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the provision of extra blankets and a radiator to keep the room warm.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't fault anything.

This hotel offers a romantic escape with a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. The location is great, close to restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pub food was delicious. We enjoyed the live music and the opportunity to have a drink and some food in the evening.

The noise level can be quite high, especially when they have live music playing. The bathroom was quite old and needed some updating.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was outstanding - I couldn't believe how affordable it was for such a central location in the heart of the town. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. Thirdly, the basic amenities in the room were more than enough for my needs, and the attention to detail in terms of cleanliness was impressive. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and gave me a great start to the day.

Convenient location close to everything. The hotel is just a stone's throw away from the beach and within walking distance to lovely cafes, shops, and restaurants. The shared facilities were clean, and my room had its own basin/mirror. Also, the bar has an excellent selection of drinks.

We stayed close to the beach and plenty of restaurants, making it easy to explore the local area. the room was cozy and tidy, and the shared bathrooms were well-maintained. We appreciated the convenience of having a hand washing sink in the room and a restaurant downstairs.

We found one aspect of the hotel to be less than ideal, which detracted from our overall experience.

I had a pleasant stay at Great Ocean Road Brewhouse. The location was convenient for our stopover along the Great Ocean Road. The pub downstairs added a nice touch and it wasn't too loud when we were trying to sleep. I would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was great, being only a 5-minute walk from the beach. It was perfect for a Christmas getaway near the ocean. the rooms were clean and comfortable, which made our stay pleasant. - We appreciated that extra blankets were offered and there was a radiator to keep us warm during the cold nights.

There were no facilities in the room like a TV, kettle, or microwave. We were not even allowed to cook in the room.
